Daniel Dibble
President & The Advocate

Daniel’s first job out of college involved working for a large nonprofit summer camp in the mountains of Northern California as a Summer Counselor, and he has been working with and alongside nonprofits since. During his career, he has personally experienced both the benefits and heartaches of various CRM systems. He became determined to use that experience and knowledge to help organizations succeed with CRM by being more efficient, communicating more effectively, and making better decisions.

Progressing through Account Management roles and extending his long-term passion for nonprofits, Daniel quickly become an expert in the Nonprofit CRM space, helping many local and national nonprofits move to systems that allowed them to operate more smoothly.

Daniel is also very active in the community, serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for a nonprofit, and is an Assistant Forensics Coach for a local high school, both of which provide continual grounding and put into perspective the challenges businesses and nonprofits face on a daily basis.

Benjamin Dolar
CEO & The Educator

Prior to becoming a 8x Certified Salesforce consultant, Ben spent many years as a developer and consultant in website design, UX, full stack development, and internet security. During that journey, he became a certified Salesforce Administrator while working for a public company, becoming the adviser for the parent company’s Salesforce instance, and became an instrumental committee team member in the analysis and selection of Salesforce as the CRM platform for all sister companies. It was during this process that he realized the importance of accurate and succinct information in business technology decisions.

With over 22 years of consulting experience, Ben understands how important it is to be asking the right questions and to listen with empathy. With exponential advancements in technology over his career, Ben realized the widening gap between a business’ technology needs and the complexity of technologies they were choosing. He is passionate in narrowing that gap for both nonprofits and businesses through process simplification, education of self-sufficiency, and by starting with the “right tool for the job”.
