Key Characteristics We Are Seeking
A “hunter” sales person focused on landing new business
Willing to prospect via phone, email, social media, and in person
Strong communication (written and verbal) - you are great at getting people to engage in conversations
2+ years of sales experience
Positive attitude, ethical, and reliable
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM services is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about helping nonprofits
What You’ll Do as a Business Development Executive
Prospect Identification: Research and identify non profit organizations that can benefit from our Salesforce solutions.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospects' needs, qualify them as leads, and set up discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of qualified meetings.
KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed performance metrics.
Engagement: Call unwarmed leads/prospects for qualification.
Values Alignment: Be transparent and genuine, treat people better than they expect, and be personally invested.
