Key Characteristics We Are Seeking

  • A “hunter” sales person focused on landing new business

  • Willing to prospect via phone, email, social media, and in person

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) - you are great at getting people to engage in conversations

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Positive attitude, ethical, and reliable

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM services is a plus

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about helping nonprofits

What You’ll Do as a Business Development Executive

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify non profit organizations that can benefit from our Salesforce solutions.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects' needs, qualify them as leads, and set up discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent flow of qualified meetings.

  • KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed performance metrics.

  • Engagement: Call unwarmed leads/prospects for qualification.

  • Values Alignment: Be transparent and genuine, treat people better than they expect, and be personally invested.
